Every celebration in North America is a good reason for a yummy street hot-dog - isn't it :) Here we are in Ottawa for Canada day at a street stand serving succulent and irresistible polish sausages. The display and sunlight on them made me postpone the desire of eating immediately, and I took the photo first. I can tell that they were as good tasting as they look in the picture :)
