Switzer's Opera House, in the old North Yakima Historic District, Washington State, a two-story brick building dating back to late 1890 that become the city’s first theater. In almost 130 years of existence, the building has been a theater, brewery, warehouse, restaurant and retail space, as well as a nationally recognized landmark.Today it's just an historic building.
