As I stated in one of my earlier images, Hamburg has the most number of bridges than any other city in Europe - more precisely: 2,496, Wow! They go ever the many canals and three rivers crossing the city, going to the Hamburg harbor and further to the Northern Sea. The old canals are flanked by historic mostly brick walls. Boats cross in and out every day and you can see them from the short metal bridges in-between the streets. I took this photo in the month of January and applied a digital colored pencils effect to it.
