While walking and exploring the beaches and area of the Cozumel island, in Yucatan peninsula, Mexico, I noticed these delicate urchins with their intricate patterns, on the sand by the water. I liked their round shape and textures and they were nicely lit by the afternoon sun at the golden hour, projecting their shadows on the sand.
