These almost magical colors of the sunset sky, reflected in the water of the Atlantic Ocean, with a strong horizon line as a silhouette, made me think about the biblical saying: As Above So Below. I took my original travel photograph in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Maritime Canada, and the beautiful seascape inspired me for an abstract digital painting

Welcome to my Fine Art America website and store. Here you will find a variety of photographic work I created based on my travels. In my pictures, I'm trying to capture the sense of the places I visited and what I found interesting about them: history, architecture, lifestyle, and unique moments. Those seen but not noticed types of things are among my favorites. I enjoy both shooting photos and digitally playing with the images for a more artistic look and feel.
