If you like the Route 66 attractions, you should drive up the Gold Hill near Oatman, Arizona to visit the Cool Springs Station, but don't expect to fill up your car there. Today, you can explore the small museum inside and shop for some nostalgic souvenirs. The beautiful antique Mobilgas pumps are there just a reminder of the real gas station existent ones on the famous Route 66. Built in the 1920's, the place has also a cafe and cabins, but it has been abandoned and became a ghost place. Its ruins also served as a stage for the 1991 movie "Universal Soldier". Fortunately, the old stone building has been carefully rebuilt, and after a long history, has now reopened.
