Description
19 Century Wold West colorful shops, painted on the facade of an ordinary building downtown Fort Sumner, northern New Mexico. This small wild west town dates back to the time when the USA army was fighting against the existent local native population: Navajo and Mescalero Apache. The fort doesn't exist these days, but many historic artifacts can be seen and admired here. This is also the place where the famous Billy the Kid was killed and buried. Tourists can visit the museum and also stay in the motel named after the legendary outlaw guy. I made my original photograph as an old watercolor print with the patina of the past times. I also submitted it for the day 3 out of 6 in the Fine Art America challenge for the color blue

Thank you Debby! I often like to capture those "seen but not noticed" things... but I also enhanced it a little in the processing :)
