Perspective of the frozen Rideau Canal and people skating, with the background of the Parliament Building in Ottawa, Canada. Taken in the month of February - Black and White photography. Ottawa is home to the largest naturally frozen skateway in the world, as designated by Guinness World Records! Every year, from January to March, the scenic Rideau Canal freezes and welcomes nearly one million people to outdoor ice activities of any kind.
