The Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls, Idaho, spans the Snake River Canyon with a dramatic steel arch rising high above the green water below. Measuring about 1,500 feet (457 meters) in length and nearly 500 feet (152 meters) above the river, it is one of the highest bridges in the United States open to regular traffic. The structure carries U.S. Highway 93 across the canyon and serves as both an engineering landmark and a scenic viewpoint. Its strong geometric lines contrast with the rugged cliffs and soft river curves beneath, forming a striking balance between human design and natural grandeur.
