Description
A palm leaf hangs vertically along the trunk of the tree, its long, narrow leaflets forming a dense pattern of parallel lines. Sunlight passes through the frond, shifting the leaf from pale yellow-green to deeper tones where layers overlap. The curved leaf structure contrasts with the rough texture of the trunk behind it, creating a clear separation between surface and form.
This close view focuses on repetition, direction, and natural structure rather than setting. The palm leaf becomes a study of line, rhythm, and light, where organic geometry emerges through growth rather than design. I photographed it in Central America: Panama
