Looking up at the painted dome ceiling inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, the eye is drawn into a circle of radiant beauty. At its heart, a glowing oculus shines like a jewel, while surrounding panels burst with heraldic shields, mythological figures, and ornate classical motifs.
