Description
The majestic snow-capped Mount Rainier rises in the distance beyond a verdant landscape dotted with purple wildflowers and evergreen trees. The scene evokes a picturesque and tranquil natural environment under a clear blue sky at summertime. I took my travel photo in the Mount Rainier National Park, Washington State, and altered it to a painting using digital media tools and techniques.
