Description
Digital painting from one of my original photos of the royal palace in Monaco Monte Carlo. The Palace Guards are part of the Prince's military and provide provide 24-hour protection for the palace and royal family. They are dressed in black at wintertime and white in the summer. The Guard is composed of 3 Officers, 15 Sergeant-majors and 80 Privates, all highly trained French military men, and one is always in duty at the entrance, changing constantly.
