Wispy white fibers emerge from opening seed milk pods of a milkweed plant, also called the monarch butterfly plant, glistening in the sunlight. The background is softly blurred, emphasizing the intricate details of the seeds. I took my travel photo in late autumn in a wildflower field in Ontario, Canada
