Artist's Description
The historic Cape Spear Lighthouse, a National Historic Site in the area of the St. John's city, the capital and largest city of the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It is located on the eastern tip of the Avalon Peninsula in the Atlantic Canada, at the World War II Fort Amherst, at the entrance to St. John's harbor. The first lighthouse 1810, replaced by the current lighthouse built in 1951, which is now a touristic place, part of the East Coast Trail. I digitally altered my original travel photograph for a more artistic look.
