Artist's Description
Vibrant, happy pink flowers bloom atop the multitude of spiny cactus pads, offering a contrast of soft textures amidst the sharp thorns. The dense cluster of cacti showcases the beauty and resilience of desert flora in a harsh environment. I photographed these prickle pear cactus flowers in Mohave Desert, Arizona, in springtime - the month of May, glowing in the warm sunlight coming from the back of them.
