Artist's Description

Hanging fish to dry at Salvage Newfoundland in Atlantic Canada. Salvage is a small fishing village on the Trinity Bay, one of the many inlets along the East Coast of the Atlantic Ocean in Newfoundland. Of course the main activity of the people living here is fishing, and fish is one of their main foods. I've never seen fish hanging from one house to another like this, so I couldn't miss this photo-journalistic like shot :) I made a post on it on my Travel Art group's blog and you can read it here: http://www.travelartpix.com/fish-drying-in-salvage-newfoundland/
