Cityscape panoramic view taken from the "Scenic Drive", on the surrounding hills of El Paso, Texas, taken in the afternoon hours in the month of January. The image is looking toward Ciudad Huarez in Chihuahua state of Mexico, on Rio Grande river, which divides the two countries. *The big "X" red letter is the logo of a Mexican business - I've been there as well. I took this photo with my iPhone and digitally enhanced.
