Urban abstract scene in perspective of the city night lights in the rain, appearing like glowing spots of colors and reflections. Buildings and street traffic, all like black silhouettes were contrasting with the sparkling colors. I took my original photo in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and enhanced it as a painting in digital media
