Description
There was a winter blizzard at that Christmas night in Ottawa, with a very low visibility in the streets, but the bright lights projected on the Canadian Parliament were happily shining and moving. Not too many photographers out there, in fact almost no people downtown, except a very few cars and us. I was lucky to be able to capture this so unique winter holidays scene and the Canadian atmosphere for this time of the year.
