Alerted female Bighorn Sheep is trying to hide in the dry desert bushes and vegetation, protected by the red rock formations in the background. The wild sheep (Ovis canadensis nelsoni), lives in the mountains of the southwestern regions of Nevada, but they also exist in Arizona.
