It is convenient, picturesque and delicious :) How great to find these fruit stands and small fruit and vegetables small markets along the country roads in Belize! This is actually a habit allover Northern Latin America and Central America, totally understandable considering the amount of produce they have there and need to sell...It is also so nice for the travelers to be able to stop by and fill their bags with some mouth watering picked right from the tree tropical fruit... Oh, I cannot tell what a delight they are - a real bless for a healthy life! :)
