Central plaza in Ajo, a small Spanish colonial town in Southern Arizona. The image shows one side of the square plaza with a park in the middle, the exact type of plazas you find in Mexico. This historic town, in Pima County, Sonoran desert, has a lot of very interesting features of cultural value to be explored and photographed. This is the original travel photograph of the digital painted version I made and posted some time ago to my FAA gallery.
