Description
A frozen waterfall along the Ottawa River in Ontario, Canada, glowing in the sunlight of a cold January afternoon. The ice formations shimmer with golden reflections from the low winter sun, while mist from the falling water catches small traces of rainbow color. I captured this travel scene at the golden hour and later enhanced it in digital media to emphasize its painterly look and natural beauty.
I’m happy and proud that my “Frozen Waterfall in Ottawa” won 3rd place in the “Frozen in Motion” contest at Fine Art America — without any voting solicitation!
Bring the brilliance of winter light into your home or office with this painterly view of a frozen waterfall in Ottawa. Available as wall décor, home accents, and gifts — all produced to fine-art standards and backed by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
