Old weathered, but picturesque wooden buildings on the East coast on Newfoundland, Atlantic Canada, in the moth of October. Trinity Bay is an extended area on the Atlantic Ocean side with many inlets and a lot to see. I was attracted by the beautiful afternoon light illuminating just one side of these barns (or rather fisherman's shacks), as well as part of the small puffy clouds above. The scene was so calm, peaceful and quiet, everything seemed to be "frozen" in time - nothing was moving. It looked to me almost like a surrealistic image, especially with the landscape and the mountains far in the background, across the water.
